Protection of truffle production against animals, slugs, insects.
This period will see the beginning of your harvest. Truffles will be immature, pale inside and lack aroma.
Cleaning of established older truffières ready for replanting of any dead trees (renovation)
On young plantations and truffières in production, take root and soil samples for monitoring mycorrhiza.
